Ephemeral Crystal Lattice

Not wanting to launch into a large new project due to time constraints, I created this basic geometric structure on the afternoon of 10-21.
Afternoon edged towards dusk. The rain started and stopped a couple times.
I captured pictures at different points during the fill in process.
More rain during the night.

Fractal Kabuki Spirit

Drawn on the day of Oct 1, 2010 at the usual 20th and Valencia location, with Estella. I'm imagining this character is a sort of demented nature spirit, mischevious, maniacal and eternal.
In the evening we made it to the Kabuki Cinema to watch the new movie of 'Howl' about the beat poet Ginsberg.

Reformed Tangible Structure

Having a chance to return to Haight and Stanyan on the day of 9-30-10, I created a new orb layering over the faded remains of the last one, from several weeks earlier.
I rather like the effect of having faded parts alongside and complementing fresher ones.
It was a nice enough day for drawing, warm yet mostly overcast.
