A fantastic night. A busy, fun evening hanging out with a new lady friend. First, an orgasmic meal of Pakistani food at my favorite place on 16th. Followed by some quick chalk designs for the poetry group. Then on to the 'Mini-Comic Jam' drawing session around the corner to see the fellas. And finished off with a friend's B-Day party at Viracocha. w00t!

*****************************************************A fine day to be drawing in San Francisco, California. 11-22-13. Octavia and Hayes, Hayes Valley. A seven pointed figure layered on with extravagant embellishment. 60-62 degrees projected. Warm in the sun.

*******************************************************11-21-13. A cold night out on the corner of 16th and Mission. Constant police presence is like the fly in the ointment. Even at the expense of the worst rowdiness. Community initiatives which aim to make the area 'safer' and 'cleaner' but which do nothing to address the underlying social issues have come around lately. Despite a fairly light turnout, the poets kept it going strong. Some great performances by the 'big guns' of the crew. A simple freestyle chalk design to counter all the continuous mad geometry lately.
