**********************************4-25-13. Divided my time between working on an ink drawing in session with the boys, and making this minimal chalk circle. A pleasant night. Have been trying to work the oval into the system. The shapes to me suggest optical schematics, perspective, viewpoints, vanishing lines. Later, a handful of the skilled freestylers made rhymes around the corner.

**************************************The evening of 4-18-13. What an evening in the annals of chalk! Tried to render a sketch I had brought of an eagle reflected in water. Wasn't entirely successful. As often happens with these, I started too large. Not a terribly pleasant night. Some ugly vibes from a number of locals.
