Nice hot day today. Started this new piece; a study of a fashion photograph.

Heiro Chromatic Saturation

6-19. This was a bit of an experimental piece. Worked on it over the course of a few weeks, in pieces here and there. Once again a bit of style representing my pan-cultural theme, with an obscure, samurai reminiscent head-dress. It tickles me to hear the comments children make when they're going by with their parents. One kid said she had "fire arms". Another, looking at the face, said it looked like "a robot".
