Quite hot in the early part of the day, working over baking asphalt, then quite windy in the later afternoon.

On the day of 4-14, taking a detour from the usual designs, I wrote out some poetry lines from Henry Miller's 'Tropic of Cancer'. A friend drew with me and added their own poetry.

Magus Color Fusion

Work finished on 3-24.

A large amount of fill-in on the background semi-circle, a grey chalk for the negative space surrounding the sun-rays.
The evening after the piece was finally finished came a good amount of rain.
