A wet and cold night. The wetness actually helped with the execution, however. The lines smoothed in a much more 'pasty' way. Of course, they also dispersed more quickly. The erosion process was fascinating to watch.
The day before, I had taken part in an art show in Monterey, "Shake the Dust". It was held at the State Theatre, a historic Alvarado Street building. This was a fun homecoming for me.
