Emergent Chromatic Embryo

With the incredibly wet winter we have had and the increased work schedule at my new job, I've had less opportunities to draw chalk designs. Today was the first dry sunny day I've had a chance to draw anything in weeks. I only had enough time for a quick doodle; somehow the image of the Ouroboros was in my mind. I can't help but ponder, lately, the rise of AI image-generating technology. It is aphenomenon exhilirating, wondrous and terrifying. There are those who view it with antipathy, and perhaps rightly so. The shockwaves will certainly be far-reaching. Personally, at the moment I see at as an Ouroboran effect. People program the machinery to do amazing things, and I, in turn, am inspired by these bright, glittering artifacts to create new, more refined works. The dragon swallows its tail. A bit of a rude suprise and a first for the chalk annls: as I was sitting there, working on this, a bitter woman pushing a baby carriage came trundling along. She pushed her carriage directly over the artwork and then deliberately knocked over 2 beverage containers of mine. Then she felt the need to yell at me when I objected to this. "You're blocking the sidewalk and making graffitti!" Wrong on both counts, but I'm happy when people like this just keep walking and leave the area. Because, it immediately occured to me, whatever the problem is, it's hers, not mine. 4-5-2023. 25th and Shotwell Streets, Mission District, San Francisco, California, North America, planet Earth, Milky Way Galaxy, Local Group.
